Red Bar Anthias are peach to pale pink in color with a bright red bar on each side. Males may have more intense yellow or orange coloration. There is a thin, pale stripe on each cheek. These fish are best kept in small harems of one male to 3-4 females. They are planktonic feeders and require several feeding a day to thrive.
